Cedar Decking

We highly recommend and endorse Cedar decking.  It’s stunning to look at and as it’s a quick growing soft wood it sustainably grown in FSC forests.  It also very light making it easy to transport and it doesn’t require treatment meaning less chemicals.  It’s a sound choice if you want to create a visual impact without impacting too much on the environment.

Decking is a great way of covering over a problem area at the back of the garden or creating a raised seating area and steps at the back of a house where the rear exit is situated on the first floor.  If your budget wont stretch to Hard wood or Cedar then treated pine/larch can be a cost effective solution that can look great when stained a dark brown colour.
